Updated today – please read my article in decanter.com on U.S. reactions to pricing of 2009 futures.
Meantime, just before en pimeur week, I had a chance to taste through some 2009 barrel samples with Laurent Ehrmann of Barriere Freres, a very well known Bordeaux negociant, and a group of jovial tasters from JJ Buckley (California). What you get here are candid discussions about price expectations in the US market… Many thanks to Laurent and to the team from JJ Buckley for allowing me to film them.
